This notice explains what happens when you visit sinmisola.nl. It only covers the company website. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from the app's legal page and from inside the app itself. For Tife, see the Tife Privacy Policy.

2. The short version
- This website is static. We don't set cookies, run analytics, or load third-party trackers.
- You can read every page without sharing any personal information with us.
- If you email us, we use your email address to reply and may keep the correspondence for as long as it's useful to the issue you raised.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. on the GitHub Pages service. As part of operating the service, GitHub may log information about each request — including your IP address, browser user-agent, and the page requested — for security, abuse prevention, and platform operations. We do not have access to these logs. GitHub's processing is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement and the GitHub Pages additional terms.
4. Email correspondence
If you contact us at support@sinmisola.nl, we receive your email address, your name (if your client sends it), and the contents of your message. We use this strictly to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of how a question or complaint was resolved. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of a contract if you are an existing customer (Article 6(1)(b)).
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies, run any analytics platform (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no anything), and does not load any third-party fonts, scripts, or advertising pixels. You do not need a cookie banner to use this site because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.
6. Your rights under EU / UK law (GDPR & UAVG)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding personal data we process:
- Access — request a copy of any data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Complaint — lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

7. International transfers
GitHub is based in the United States. When data is transferred outside the EEA in the course of hosting this website, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If we make material changes to this notice, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.
